I thought the hotel, although not easy to find, was within easy reach to tube station on the bakerloo line and also bus stop litterley outside door. |Tesco express underneath and well priced. It suited what we needed and afterall if your in London, your there to see the sites not the inside of a room.
had to ask for fresh towels but to be fear they hadn't got around to cleaning our room even tho it was 6 o'clock in evening.
A lot of space, edroom separated.
Wifi ias much too low to be usable in the apartments. The table in glass caan't be used for computer mouse.Very noisy with waterheating system and streets. Inneficient shutters on windows
I really like the customer service which i got from the female staff that served me she was very polite and helpful, the lady even upgraded our stay from the standard to the deluxe suite which i thought was very kind of her to do. the apartments are a very good and decent size. i like the fact that the apartments were fully equipped and i enjoyed my stay there very much i will be recommending this for accommodation in the future for anyone that asks me for somewhere to stay for short term and i will be returning to this apartment in the future. My feedback for this apartment is 5* i was extremely pleased and im very happy in choosing this hotel!
did get quite hot in the room as it had no a/c which is ok for the cold season but when i opened the windows the room temperature was ok but opening the window brought all the noise from the train station which is not the hotels fault.
The accommodation was clean and spacious. There are good local facilities which enabled us to eat and drink instead of cooking in our apartment. However, the equipment is available if you do prefer to eat in. The travel links outside the flat are excellent.
The main road outside the apartments is quite busy all the time.
We stayed at deluxe apartment - 3 people - female collegues. It turned out that wi-fi Internet was free, which was great. Nearby is the tube and lots of bus stops. The hotel staff was extremely helpful - gave us all directions, helped with all the questions, incl taxi (from Heathrow 50 pounds, back 34). In the same building there's a big supermarket, so cooking was easy.
The rooms lack a wardrobe for outer clothing, we were in winter and it rained quite often - so it wasn't good to put your wet coat together with all other clothes. Also all the time they forgot to give us enough towels, but when we informed the reception the towels were in the room in less then 5 minutes
The best thing was the even though it was an apartment for 3 people at least there was a seperate bedroom so it was easy to work around who was sleeping in what room instead of all been cramed into the same room as with most rooms for 3 people also the dining room table & chairs where we could sit and have meals instead of eating out all the time.
When asking staff for an item such as a kitchen essential or toilet roll they never brought it to our room while we waited for it the request was ignored!!!
Great Location and too spacious apartments compared to hotel and excellent staff especially Sally.
It was good to stay in an appartment and handy for the tube.
The bed was uncomfortable and the carpets had seen better days for 4 star accommodation.
Stayed one night at SO Quartier, the apartments are good size and the hotel staff , free wifi and we will definitely go back again
The staff was brillant! They were really attentive to your every demand.
I didn't like finding a condom wrapper left in the sofa bed. But it's a mistake from housekeeping.
it was near to my sons flat so I could visit
cleanliness of rooms and access to underground and buses to camden/city
The staff were great - nothing was too much trouble for them! They welcome feedback from guests, and very quickly fixed or replaced needed items. Location was excellent and shopping was wonderful - there's a Tesco supermarket right on the same corner, and other stores within a few minutes' walk, i.e. Boots, Marks & Spencer, Primark, W.H. Smith, several banks and a post office, plus the inexpensive Kilburn Square Market. The Westbury hotel just around the corner was great for dinner.
There was no hot water for the first three days of my stay, but the hotel plumber spent hours trying to fix it, buying new parts, etc. (The boiler is old and inherited from the previous owner of the building.) I had to bathe by boiling the kettle several times until I had enough for a basin of hot water. The staff finally moved me to another flat, which was fine.
good value for money, spacious, nice bathroom, newly furnished
bit noicy from the overground
